My favorite way to workout in Dallas!

My favorite way to workout in Dallas!

FitFam! If you have followed me for any length of time on Instagram, you have seen my "workout booms" each morning from local gyms and studios! I LOVE getting to share pieces of my workout with you and have a little fun on the 'gram! You've probably seen me tag @StudioHopfit but I still get questions about how I workout so much and how I afford to go to all the boutique fitness studios in town!

Well, I'm a baller. Ok no, but I AM a StudioHop member! StudioHop is a fitness membership that gives you access to a ton of different fitness studios! I usually workout 5 days/week with 3 or 4 of those days having 2 workouts each, so I can make sure I'm getting cardio AND stretching, yoga, or a toning activity. People ask me how I have time for workout classes, and it's pretty simple: I make my own schedule, but I still have to get my work done! Fitness is important to me and if there's a method I find that makes fitness fun, then I'm all in. For me, that's been group fitness classes; I also use my workouts as "me time," social hour, and a chance to connect with new friends, so the time definitely evens out when compared to how someone else might spend time relaxing or engaging in some kind of social activity. Yes, I'm the girl in spin class who demands a "fist bump" from my neighbor! ;)

I've been a StudioHop member for YEARS and love that it's a locally-owned company and the owners are super active in the fitness and events community in Dallas! I've been with them since the beginning, and have been through all the membership plans, new studios, and perks that they've given us! StudioHop used to have an unlimited membership which I was obsesseddd with because it gave me access to all the studios I wanted for an insane price! They made some changes last year to keep their studio partners happy (understandable!) so they capped workouts at 20/month. It was still a great price, but I missed being able to go as many times as I wanted.

BUT I HAVE EXCITING NEWS!! UNLIMITED IS BACK!! YASSSSS! Try StudioHop with code Rhonda20 and get 20% off your first full month!

Y'all, I'm dying. So excited. I cannot wait!

Most of the high end boutique studios I got to sell unlimited memberships for around $250/month or more. If you love that studio, then I say, go for it. BUT if you're like me and want to mix things up, then definitely give StudioHop a try! Last year, I was taking a lot more weights classes and lately I've been more into barre and pilates to compliment my cardio and spin classes. I love that I can mix things up, go to yoga, stretching classes, and cryotherapy all with one membership! StudioHop has reworked their membership plan and made it so much simpler to understand- love that! I'm mostly excited about unlimited, but easier is better, too. ;)

On the newest membership plan, they have a base pro plan for $150/month, giving you 20 visits per month and letting you book multiple visits per day (goals!)- this is a great place to start if you're new to group fitness or just want to mix up your fitness routine! I'm planning to upgrade and add their PRIME option for $50/month. That gives me access to all of the top studios without paying any additional one-off fees for prime studios! ANNND I'm planning to do the UNLIMITED OPTION (hallelujah!) for $30/month so I can go to as many classes as I want and don't ever have to pay for priority spots! Y'all, this is huge. I am so happy! My grand total will be $230/month for unlimited (UNLIMITED!) prime workouts, cryotherapy, yoga, all the things!

Some of you might be thinking "whoa that's a lot for fitness," but to each their own, and it's still cheaper than a lot of single studio memberships! This is definitely a cheaper option for me personally than joining multiple fitness studios and I love that I get the variety of going wherever I want, and being able to book via the StudioHop app- super simple! StudioHop has a few other options, so definitely check out their blog post about the new membership options, but I can't wait for the changes to kick in on May 1st, so I can start "hopping!" Happy working out! :)

Definitely check it out and use code Rhonda20 for 20% off your first full month!
